Our office staff coordinates schedules to maximize scheduling and transportation efficiency to minimize your expense whenever possible. We maintain a file on every client and will contact you in the spring (and fall) for activating and winterizing your irrigation system.

 

When the growing (and irrigation) season is nearing an end, the Aquarius staff will then arrange a winterization schedule with you. We attempt to winterize irrigation systems in higher elevations, northern latitudes and cold pockets first. Winter arrives rapidly in the North Country and procrastination with winterization is chancy at best! Seasonal residents may also prefer to have their irrigation system winterized early before departing for warmer climates.

 

We also offer spring commissioning services where we activate your long dormant irrigation system in time for the summer growing season. We test and adjust your system and make any small repairs where snow removal, shovels or grade stakes caused winter damage. We have found that these services are valuable for continued optimal operation of your scientifically designed irrigation system.

 

When you decide to do some construction on your property or change the layout of your gardens, we can mark the location of irrigation components to reduce adverse impact by your construction event - and then return to repair and adjust the design to accommodate your revised landscape plans.

 

Aquarius offers many helpful hints for operating, testing, programming or servicing the irrigation system by phone, on our website or in printed form if desired. We also install pumping systems, pond aerators and offer advice on lawn and shrub management.
